Insurance Accepted and Payment Plans

We are out-of-network with all insurance plans. Payment for services is requested at the time of the service. You will be given a superbill receipt that can be submitted to your insurance plan for reimbursement. Insurance carriers process this receipt as they would with a claim and most services are insurance reimbursable.
